Beatrice started her career at the European Financial Marketing Association then joined the business newspaper Les Echos. She started her Executive Search career at Heidrick & Struggles in Paris in 1987.

She then lived for a few years in the USA and on her return to France in 1994, joined Rossignol Tod & Associés, member of Amrop. In 2004, she co-founded Signium International France which was merged with Eurosearch & Associés in 2010.

At Signium International, Béatrice has developed expertise in Cosmetics and Luxury goods, FMCG, Life Sciences and Industry. She also delivers individual coaching to Executives.
