Our organisation and our processes have been defined in order to ensure better service to our clients. Clients belong to the firm and not to a consultant. They are at the heart of our firm’s strategy, and their interest is the keystone of our services and duly ensured by an ad-hoc team. At the end of each search we address our client a satisfaction survey in order to improve the quality of our services.
