Signium International France was founded in 2004 and merged with Eurosearch & Associés in 2010.

We are the French affiliates of Signium International, a global network of retained executive search consultants founded in 1951 by Henry Wardwell Howell under the original name of Ward Howell International. In 1999, after a global re-branding process, we became Signium International.

Our solid reputation as a leader in the global executive search market is firmly based in tradition. Our firm was one of the first management consulting firms focused solely on senior level executive search and was one of the founders of the AESC (Association of Executive Search Consultants). It helped develop the original Professional and Ethical Standards of our profession and we zealously maintain the essence and spirit of those standards today.

Today, we are among the leaders of our profession and are within the top 15 executive search firms worldwide.

We have 44 offices strategically distributed in 28 countries in EMEA, the Americas and Asia Pacific. Over 120 consultants with a management consulting approach share processes and best practices, adhere to the highest standards of the profession and have a solid experience in trans-national searches and global client relations.
